Refund & Return Ploicy
At Parfum Valley, customer satisfaction is our priority. This Return & Refund Policy explains the terms and conditions for returns, exchanges, refunds, delivery charges, and non-returnable items for all perfumes purchased directly from Parfum Valley.
Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Easy 7-Day Perfume Return Policy
We offer a 7-day return policy on eligible perfume purchases.
You may return your perfume if:
- The return request is made within 7 days of purchase
- The perfume is in its original condition
- Usage does not exceed 1ml (testing only)
- The packaging is not damaged
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund or exchange will be processed.
Exchange Policy
- Exchanges must be for a product of equal or higher value
- If exchanging for a higher-value item, the price difference must be paid
2. Refund Process
Refunds are processed after:
- The returned perfume is received
- The product passes quality inspection
- Return conditions are met
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method (where applicable).
3. Delivery & Return Shipping Charges
Please note:
- Delivery charges are non-refundable
- Standard return shipping fee: 350 PKR
- If parcel weight exceeds 500g, an additional 200 PKR per extra 500g will apply
If a return does not meet our policy conditions:
- The item will be sent back to the customer
- The customer must pay both-side delivery charges
4. Decant Policy
If your order included a decant:
- 350 PKR will be deducted from your refund amount
- You may keep the decant
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Sale items
- Discounted perfumes
- On-demand perfumes
- Products used more than 1ml
- Items with damaged or missing packaging
No returns or refunds are accepted on sale or custom/on-demand items.
6. Resend & Delivery Policy
Free Delivery
- Free delivery applies to orders up to 4000 PKR
- Orders exceeding this limit will incur standard delivery charges
Shipping Timeline
- Dispatch time: Up to 2 working days
- Courier delivery: 2–5 working days
If your parcel is not delivered within 3 weeks, it will be:
- Refunded, or
- Resent (as per customer preference)
7. Hold Orders & Advance Payments
If an order is placed on hold:
- Items held for more than 2 weeks will result in the advance payment being donated to charity
- After the donation, no refund or claims will be accepted
Sale items cannot be placed on hold.
8. Packaging Policy
- 180ml perfume bottles are supplied without boxes
- 50ml bottles can be packed in a premium gift box for an additional 250 PKR (Applicable not on all conditions)
- Standard orders include a premium pouch
9. Validity of Return Policy
This Return & Refund Policy applies only to products purchased directly from Parfum Valley.
Items purchased through third-party sellers are not covered under this policy.
